Leo is a local artist that has particularly good craftsmanship.
His beadwork is sand filled and his rawhide wrapping is top notch.
Not to mention his employing of feathers, fur, and horse hair in his work.

Salt Cedar Spear by Marlin Goldtooth, Marlin is Navaho.
Marlin collects the spear shafts him self from the Grand Canyon.  The spear head is Agate.
The Spear has two Agate arrow heads wrapping it shaft as well as  Rabbit fur. 
The spear shaft end is pointed so you can stick the tail of the spear in the ground.
Feather strap uses real Bronze wild Turkey feathers.  
The spear is not perfectly straight as you can see, but it is made the old way,
and the old spears were only as straight as the cedar branches you could find,
