Yang is a wizard monk from the eastern mountains. He invites us to maintain a healthy life in spite of living in a world of high tension and stress. Dealing with the anxiety that comes from expectations, schedules and deadlines (a term so appropriate!) can be challenging. The high technology and complexities of living often find us crumbling under the weight of it all. It causes the energy that flows throughout our body to block, which often invites illness. Yang points out that we need something to bring about a balance between the physical and the spiritual well being.
